GE (General Electric)/ByJasco has developed the new and advanced UltraPro universal remote control. As we already know, GE universal remotes can be programmed with a variety of codes for the most common models.
The GE Ultrapro IR controller can operate four, six, or eight devices, depending on the number. It is the best option if you would like to replace the original remotes for up to eight devices. Choose this brand over expensive brands if you want to save money.
A 6-in-1 remote control is available in IR, smart, and Bluetooth versions. You can easily pair your devices with a smartphone app.

GE UltraPro universal remote
UltraPro remote controls can be used with most of the devices you use in your home on a regular basis. Our streaming devices can be used with a broad range of devices other than smart TVs, non-smart TVs, DVDs, Soundbars, and Home theater systems. The TV and DVD old combo devices work perfectly with this.

What is the code for the GE UltraPro universal remote?
To program GE Ulrapro devices, it also uses the direct code entry or automatic code search methodology. For the devices to be set up correctly, we must know the four-digit codes.
Because each code has to be tested individually, the pairing process will take longer by using the code search method.
How do I find the Ultrapro universal remote codes?
With your original UltraPro remote, you will receive a code booklet and user’s guide. There is a list of all the supported devices, brands, and codes in the code booklet.
It is important to know the brand of the device you are using. Find the brand name under the device types in the code book.
In the booklet, for example, there may be codes for TVs, DVDs, home theaters, and so forth.
Look under the TV category for the LG TV codes and search for the brand name LG. Here are a few more codes that match your TV. There is only one code you need to use among them. In the event that the selected code does not program, select another code.
Programming instructions for UltraPro universal remotes
Entering Directv codes
The RED light indicator will turn ON and remain lit as long as you hold down the SETUP button.
After that, press and release the device key, such as TV, DVD, or AUX, depending on the device you are programming. When the power button is pressed, the RED LED blinks once and stays on.
From the UltraPro remote control code booklet, note the first code. The indicator will automatically shut down after you enter the code.
You can test whether your remote responds to your device by pointing it at it and pressing keys.
Try reprogramming with another code if it doesn’t work.
Automated code search in programming
Here’s a method you can use if you don’t have the codes handy
- Make sure your entertainment device is turned on manually
- When the Power button backlight turns on, press and hold the SETUP button
- On the top of the device, press and release the button
- The power button on the device should be pressed and released
- By sending the device a series of codes, the RED light will blink for a few seconds
- Immediately after the power button turns OFF, press and release it again to turn off the device
- You will need to repeat this process until you have turned off the device
An indication of successful receipt of a code is the device turning off at a certain time.
